Use mallet to remove dust cover if it is jam.
Avoid damage to the dust cover which will not
allow proper fitment.
Remove rear housing mounting bolts.
Ensure removal of all the mounting bolts from rear
housing and then remove the rear housing from
TM assembly.
Use mallet if the rear housing is jam.
Rear housing Removal -
•
Rear housing should be in straight position
while removing.
•
To avoid oil spillage, check and drain
remaining oil residuals from housing.
•
Be careful not to damage of rear oil seal.
