Leitfähige, nicht lackierte Montageplatte im
Schaltschrank vorsehen. Gegebenenfalls ist im
Bereich der Verstärkermodulmontage die
Farbe zu entfernen.
Achtung !
Bei der Montage ist sorgfältig
vorzugehen. Es ist sicherzustellen, daß keine
Bohrspäne, Schleifstaub oder Montageteile
( z.B. Schrauben, Muttern, Kabelabschnitte) in
das Gehäuse fallen.
5.7 Geberkabel
Für den Geberanschluß sind LUST
DRIVETRONICS-Steuerkabel zu verwenden.
Siehe Kap 6.3.
Leitungslänge bis 50m, längere Leitungen auf
Anfrage.
Kundenspezifische Regelungen bedürfen der
Zustimmung der LUST DriveTronics GmbH.
5.8 Motorzuleitung
Für die Motorzuleitung sind abgeschirmte
Leitungen zu verwenden. Siehe Kap. 6.1.3
Leitungslänge bis 50m, Längere Leitungen auf
Anfrage.
Die Motorzuleitung ist getrennt von anderen
Leitungen, z.B. Steuer- und Sollwertleitungen, zu
verlegen.
5.9 Motorschutz
Die Geräte haben eine interne Kaltleiter-
auswertung. Bei Verwendung von Motoren mit
LUST DriveTronics - Geberkabeln ist der
thermische Motorschutz sichergestellt.
Der Anschluß anderer Motoren ist mit LUST
DriveTronics abzustimmen.
Eine thermische Motorüberlastung führt zum
Ausschalten der Betriebsbereitschaft.

Caution!
Be particularly careful on
mounting. Assure that no drilling chips, wheel swarf
or mounting parts (screws, nuts) fall into the
housing.
5.7 Sensor cable
For the sensor connection use the control cables of
LUST DriveTronics GmbH, see chap. 6.3.
Cable length up to 50 m, longer cables on request.
Customer-specific regulations must be agreed with
LUST DriveTronics GmbH.
5.8 Motor conduct
Use screened cables for the motor conduct, see chap.
6.1.3
Cable length up to 50 m, longer cables on request.
Embed the motor conduct separately from the other
cables, e.g. control and setpoint cables.
5.9 Motor protection
The units have an integrated posistor evaluation. When
using LUST
DriveTronics
sensor cables, the thermal
motor protection is assured.
The connection of other motors has to be agreed with
LUST DriveTronics GmbH.
A thermal motor overloading causes the disengagement
of the ”readiness for operation”.
