4.1.6 Though the clamp can be located in any position on
the head, for optimum heat dissipation resulting in
optimum performance it is recommended that the
clamp position on the head is as per
Figure 5.
4.1.7 Install the LED UV head into the installation clamp and
secure it‟s location/position by tightening the 4mx10
hex screw. Refer to
Figure 4 and Figure 7 for typical
installation applications.
4.2
LED Head Cap Assembly/Removal Procedure
4.2.1 The LED head cap is a protective cap located over the
LED lens and housing assembly. Refer to
Figure 3
and Figure 5.
4.2.2 Head cap must be removed before turning on the LED
to avoid damaging the lens and cap.
4.2.3 Removing the cap by pulling the cap-hat, do not rotate
the LED head or cap.
4.2.4 Re-install the cap by holding the cap-hat and pushing
it back over the head. This will prevent any
contamination to the lens when the head is not used
for more than one day.
