 When shifting the power shuttle lever while driving
at the low speed position
of the range gear shift
lever;
1. In case of the 5 th ~8 th gear ratio of the main gears: The main gears are automatically shifted to the 5 th
gear ratio and the driving speed is reduced. After that the forward/reverse gear is shifted to the
selected position, and than the main gears are restored to the original gear ratio.
2. In case of the 1 st ~4 th gear ratio of the main gears: The forward/reverse gear is shifted to the selected
position with no change of the main gear ratio.
 When shifting the power shuttle lever while driving
at the high speed position
of the range gear
shift lever;
- The main gears are automatically shifted to the 9
th gear ratio and the driving speed is reduced.
After that the forward/reverse gear is shifted to the selected position and the main gears are kept in
the 9
th gear ratio.
 When shifting the power shuttle lever to the driving direction of the vehicle after temporarily stopping
in the neutral position, the main gears is automatically shifted to the appropriate gear ratio
corresponding to the driving speed and the forward/reverse gears are engaged, and then the main
gears will be restored to the original gear ratio.
► The tractor can not start normally, the power shift system will try to start three
times. After that, the system will display any error diagnosis code(s) in the
instrument LCD panel. Consult your authorized local dealer.
► To start engine, you must place the power shuttle lever in the neutral position and
place the PTO switch in the “OFF” position, and then depress the clutch pedal fully.
► Before operating the power shuttle lever, you must sit in the driver’s seat correctly.
► Before changing direction of the tractor by using the power shuttle lever, be sure to
check the safety conditions of your direction, especially in reverse.
► It is dangerous to shift the power shuttle lever in high speed drive. Before changing
direction, it is necessary to reduce the driving speed. If not, it may cause a fatal
accident and damage to the power shuttle clutch and transmission drive line.
► Proper transmission oil temperature is necessary to the performance of the power
shift system. Be sure to warm-up the tractor until blink of the neutral indicator is
stopped and do not operate the tractor hastily, especially in cold weather.
► Park the tractor on a level ground and apply the parking brake. If you need to park
the tractor on a slope, apply the parking brake, and apply the wheel chocks to all
the wheels. The engine brake by engaging low speed gears is NOT available for
this power shift models.
