The max load of PGM output is DC50V/500mA. Boolean value is output with PGM connected with GND of
main board.

The system supports different kinds of wired detectors with EOL resistance. Please connect as

2. AUX Power Output Terminal
AUX supplies power output for wired detectors(AC Operated: 10-12V, Battery Operated: 6-8V, max
current: 100mA. It may cause abnormal working for wired detector under low battery).
3. Telephone Line Connection
Connect the telephone line to the telephone line terminal block “LINE_IN” on the main board.
And connect the telephone or fax machine to the telephone line terminal block “LINE_OUT” .

Re-check the wiring and make sure all connection is correct.

Connect the AC power adaptor and plug the backup battery. The control panel can not be initialized by only
battery.

Parameters of power adaptor: Input: 100V-240VAC 50/60HZ 0.5A, Output: 12VDC 1.5A

Backup battery: 7.2V 1800mAh NimH rechargeable, 24hours is required for full recharge which can last
around 8 hours for this system under standby situation. After low battery warning, it can work for around
30 minutes.

The system will keep the time and date with time chirp powered. If the power of time chirp runs out, you
need to re-set the time manually. See the Figure:

After powering up and initialization, it beeps shortly and requires to input time and date.

The icon will move to next automatically after each input. Press “

” to exit. After complete input, press “#”
to confirm. If the input is not finished, and meanwhile “

” is pressed, it will display on the LCD “Invalid
Set”. Please press “

” to re-input it.

With GSM module connected, time will set by itself by searching the network, which may take 1-2 minutes.

4.3.4 Power Connection
AC power must be connected for initialization. Or else it can not be initialized with just backup
