5.6 System Trouble Quer y
The voice will guide “System trouble, please check!” and it will display “System Trb.” on LCD. You can
press the key of to enter the trouble list, and then press the navigation key of or to check. If the
trouble is solved, it will disappear out of the list. If no operation within 1 minute, it will quit automatically.
System trouble includes: AC loss, low battery, telephone line loss, time unset, GSM unconnected, low
GSM signal, no SIM card, communication failure, wireless and wired zone trouble. Wireless zone trouble
includes low battery and supervision failure. Trouble for wired zones means it is triggered but with no
alarm. Communication failure includes failure with CMS, SMS send and GSM dialing, The reason may be
low balance for SIM card. If the function of “Zone Trb. Indication” is turned on, when any trouble of above
occurs, it will tell which zone is troubled in system. For detailed query, press “#” as following:

Keypad Lock and Unlock
If the code is locked when there is no alarm, but alarm occurs after the code lock, the system will auto
release the code. While if the code is locked after alarm, auto release must be available after system re-
intialization, or within 30 minutes.
If the code is input wrong, the voice will guide “Wrong code, please re-input!” and the LCD displays as:

Auto-release in 30min!
After the code is locked, when you program any that requires code, the voice will guide “Access locked,
please try later!”

5.5 Codes Access
There are 5 types of codes: master code, installer code, duress code, temporary code, and user code(4).
Different authorization are appointed for different codes.

If the time is unset with GSM module unconnected, the voice guide of trouble will not sound. System
trouble voice indication will not be available from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. During trouble query, the zone
will not alarm with it trigger.
Note
And if the code is input wrong for 5 times, the voice will indicate “Access locked, please try later!”.
