Sequence Air purge
 Hoist the floor saw drive wheels off the ground and secure the machine from rolling away.
Drive wheels must be able rotate freely.
 Open the bypass valve (= disengage)
 Start the engine

Release parking lock

Slowly move the joystick through a 100% forward and 100% backward cycle 6-8 times
(wheels will not spin)

Stop the engine

Close the bypass valve (= engage)
 Start the engine and advance throttle to about 70%
 Slowly move the joystick through a 100% forward and 100% backward cycle 6-8 times
(wheels will spin)
 Stop the engine

Check the oil level in the expansion tank and fill it to about half.
Perform a test drive and recheck fill level.
NOTICE
Repeat purging process as required
It may be necessary to repeat the purging process if you experience thrust issues or the transaxle operates
at elevated noise levels.
