Paper jam in the standard tray

1

Remove the standard tray from the printer.

Remove the duplex jam access tray.

Raise the recessed duplex bar.

4

Firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out.

Note: 

Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

Insert the duplex jam access tray.

Insert the standard tray.
