10.3.1 Ad-hoc Confluence Check
Activate Confluence Check
Note:
The image is displayed in the Data View. In the image gallery you can select if you want to see the plain image
or the image with outline of the confluence check (->8.5.2)
If you want you can perform a confluence check on up to 10 positions of your flask. For this purpose activate
the multiple image icon in the radial control and perform confluence check after the acquisition of the images
(->8.5.1)
What do you want to do next?
Check the image and the outline in the Data View? (-> 8.5.2)
Start a t-lapse in combination with the confluence check? (-> 10.3.2)
Perform a confluence check on up to 10 images of your current flask? (-> 8.5.1)
To detect the boundaries of the cell patches please
activate “Detect”. This gives an idea of the sensitiv-
ity of the algorithm.
Use the slider to perform a fine tuning of the detec-
tion.
For final result press ”Validate and Save”. PAULA
switches automatically to a large field of view if not
activated yet to perform the confluence check. The
image outline and result of the check are stored. Val-
ue is displayed and burned into the image
