10.3.2 Confluence Check over time
PAULA allows you to perform cell based assays over time. The results are displayed as graphs and as table.
Place PAULA in the incubator and allow to acclimate for at least one hour
Place specimen on the stage and focus
Define the t-lapse conditions (->10.2.1).
If you have enabled the notification service in your user account (->9.1) you can now define when you want
to be notified via e-mail.
Check e.g. confluence parameters and adjust if necessary (->10.3.1)
Start the assay with the triangle in the control panel of either the t-lapse or the confluence control panel.
Check the results in Data View under “flask”. Double click on the t-lapse to see the results. You can switch
between the graph view or a list view to see the individual data.
10.4 Data Management
10.4.1 Gallery
All images, independent if they belong to a flask and/or assigned to a project, or single images are listed in the
image gallery.
Double click opens the image file and the corresponding information.
If you tick the tick boxes in the list of images a dialog panel is opened. This allows you to either delete the data/
image or to export the image.
