You can log-in as administrator, user, or guest (no log-in)
The user management is organized as follows:

9.1 User management rules
Only one user per time can log-in. No other user (except administrator) can log-in in parallel.
If the logged-in user does not touch the system for 30 minutes the user is logged-out automatically and an-
other user can log-in.
During t-lapse no other user ( except administrator) can log-in. The system is locked for other users as long as
the t-lapse is executed.
If a guest is using PAULA other users can log in.
