Based on the purchased optional apps the following ad-hoc analysis can be performed:

Confluence Check

Measurement of the current coverage of the flask/ petri dish bottom by cells

Transfection Efficiency

Measurement of percentage of fluorescent cells. Not yet available

Cell Counting

Count of cells. Not yet available

Wound healing

Coverage of a specified scratched area. Not yet available

Note:

Not all of the above mentioned apps are currently available. You will be informed by PAULA if new apps are

available. If you are not connected to the internet please ask your local sales representative.
