FM LFO Speed
Use the FM LFO Speed parameter to set the speed of the FM LFO. FM LFO Speed can be
set to values from 0-99, 0 is the slowest and 99 is the fastest.
FM LFO Shape
Use the FM LFO Shape to select an LFO shape for the FM LFO. The FM LFO can apply
amplitude and pitch modulation to the FM Operators, see the Amp Mod Depth and Pitch
Mod Depth parameters for details.
FM LFO Delay
Use the FM LFO Delay parameter to add a delay between when a note is played and when
the FM LFO will apply modulation. FM LFO Delay can be set to values from 0-99, where 0
applies no delay, 1 applies the least delay, and 99 applies the most delay.
FM LFO Key Sync
Use the FM LFO Key Sync parameter to turn FM LFO key sync off or on.
When FM LFO Key Sync is set to On, the FM LFO resets its phase each time a note is
played.
When FM LFO Key Sync is set to Off, the FM LFO does not reset its phase each time a note
is played. In some programs this can be useful for adding variations to each note played.
Modwheel LFO->Pitch
The Modwheel LFO->Pitch parameter allows you to use the Modwheel or other physical
controller to control the pitch modulation depth of the FM LFO for all FM Operators in the
layer.
When the Modwheel is set to its minimum value, pitch modulation depth is determined by
the Pitch Mod Depth parameter. When the Modwheel is set to its maximum value, pitch
modulation depth equals the value of the Pitch Mod Depth parameter plus the value of the
Modwheel LFO->Pitch parameter.
Modwheel values between the minimum and maximum will scale the amount of modulation
between the value of the Pitch Mod Depth parameter and the value of the Pitch Mod Depth
parameter plus the value of the Modwheel LFO->Pitch parameter.
Modwheel LFO->Pitch can be set to values from 0-99, where 0 applies no pitch modulation,
1 applies the least pitch modulation, and 99 applies the most pitch modulation.
