Menu: Diagnosis
In the Diagnosis section, the user is provided with information about faults and
warnings that pertain to the pump set or process. PumpDrive can be in fault
(standstill) or warning (operational) status. The user can also find previous messages
in the history.
Messages
All monitoring and protective functions (
Section 7 Page 49) trigger warnings or
alerts. These are signalled via the amber or red LED. A flashing message is output in
the last line of the control panel display. If more than one message is output, the last
one is displayed. Alerts have priority over warnings.
To display current messages, choose the Diagnosis menu and then Warnings (
2-2-1
)
or Alerts (
2-3-1
). Active warnings and alerts can also be connected to the relay
Alert history
The alert history can be viewed by pressing the Diagnosis menu key
2-1-1
. The last 8
alerts are listed here. You can use the arrow keys and the OK key to select an entry
from the list. Information about when the alert came and went is then displayed.

Depending on the combination of settings, PumpDrive could conceivably restart

or fault has been eliminated.
You can acknowledge an alert once the cause has been rectified. Alerts can be
acknowledged individually in the alert list in the Diagnosis menu under
