Symbology Setting (basic configuration)
Use Symbology Setting to indicate the type of bar code used on your employees’
badges, so that the timeclock can read the badges properly.
Caution
If you shut the Interleaved 12-of-5 setting off, you will not be able to read a
maintenance badge, preventing you from accessing Maintenance Mode.
Note
These settings are part of the basic configuration of the timeclock. You must
complete these settings when you power up the timeclock for the first time and if
you replace the cover assembly.
