The following table provides information on lubrication quantity and interval per lubrication point.

18.2 Lubricating rolls for the blade lever

Lower the blade cassette, refer to page 246 .
„ Shut down and safeguard the machine, refer to page 26 .

Releasing the single blade locking device, refer to page 246 .
„ Pull out the blade cassette, refer to page 247 .
„
Lubricate all grease nipples (2).
„ Push in the blade cassette until the locking lever (1) engages automatically.
„
Lift the blade cassette, refer to page 247 .
18.3 Lubrication chart - machine
The information on maintenance intervals is based on average load of the machine. In case of
an increased load and under extreme working conditions, the time periods must be reduced.
The types of lubrication are marked by means of icons in the lubrication chart, refer to table.
