Danger to the environment due to incorrect disposal!
Incorrect disposal may cause dangers to the environment.
Note:

At the end of its useful life, dispose of the device via industrial waste disposal.

Properly dispose of potential spray fluid residue separately from the device.

Electric scrap, electronic components, lubricants, and other auxiliary supplies must be
disposed of by authorised specialised companies.

Batteries, rechargeable batteries, and oils must be disposed of by authorised specialised
companies.
–
If necessary, obtain information about environmentally-appropriate disposal with the local
municipalities or specialised disposal companies.
8.2 Work after completed maintenance
Upon completion of the maintenance work, the following steps must be carried out:

All screw connections that were unfastened during the maintenance must be checked for a
tight fit.

Check whether all covers and guards have been properly attached.
n
Ensure that all tools, materials and other equipment have been removed from the work area.
n
Clean the work area. Properly dispose of leaked fluids.
n
Ensure that all safety-relevant components function properly.
8.3 Other notes
NOTICE!
Other than for repair and maintenance purposes, the hand-held spray gun will not be com-
pletely disassembled. For cleaning as well as for fluid changes, you thoroughly flush it with a
cleaning agent as recommended or stipulated by the supplier of the coating material until the
discharged cleaning product runs clean.
Never fully immerse the hand-held spray gun in a cleaning product! There is a risk that seals
will be damaged and lubricants will be washed out.
In case of prolonged operational interruptions, allow the device to air-dry after flushing it with
cleaning product and store it at a suitable location until it will be used again.
A cloth soaked in cleaning product is recommended for exterior cleaning.
