Risk of injury due to improper elimination of malfunctions!
Improperly executed work to repair malfunctions can lead to severe injuries and significant
property damage.
Note:
– Only repair malfunctions requiring an intervention after it has been ensured that the
machine is at a standstill and is secured against a restart.
– Only loosen blockages after it has been ensured that the loosening will not induce any
hazardous movement of machine parts.
– If in doubt, call in experienced colleagues or the Krautzberger Customer Care.
– Ensure ample of space for the installation prior to starting any work.
– Maintain order and cleanliness at the installation site! Loosely stacked or scattered com-
ponents and tools are sources for accidents.
– After components were removed, ensure proper installation, reinstall all locking elements
and adhere to torque specifications for screws.
– Adhere to the following issues prior to restart:

Ensure that all work to eliminate the malfunction has been carried out in accordance
with the information and advice in this manual.
– Ensure that no persons are present in the hazard zone.
– Ensure that all covers and safety devices have been installed and are functioning
properly.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury due to sharp edges!
Sharp edges and pointed corners can cause abrasions and cuts on the skin.
Note:
– Proceed cautiously when working on or near sharp edges and pointed corners.
– Wear protective gloves, if in doubt.
