Loosen the lock screw of the valve axis ( Fig. 13/3) and remove fluid needle ( Fig. 13/1)
including needle spring ( Fig. 13/2).

Before inserting a new fluid needle, it must be checked whether its setting measurement (needle
tip to needle nuts ( Fig. 14)) matches. If necessary, adjust the dimension and re-tighten the needle
nuts.
Installation
1.
Insert the fluid needle including needle spring and tighten the lock screw of the valve axis.
2.
Insert valve spring and valve axis with fluid needle.
3.
Unscrew the closing piece/needle stroke setting with a suitable tool.
