8.4 Maintenance schedule
The following sections describe the maintenance work that is required for the optimal and error-
free operation of the machine.
If increased wear becomes noticeable during regular checks, the necessary maintenance intervals
must be shortened based on the actual wear signs. In case of questions about maintenance work
and intervals, contact the Krautzberger customer service (see contact information on the last
page).

Observe the safety data sheets of the medium manufacturer.

Observe the safety data sheets of the cleaning product manufacturer.

Do not use any halogenated cleaning products.
NOTICE!

Never use sharp edged tools (wire, spiral drill, or similar) to clean the spray gun and in
particular the air nozzles. Special flat/round brushes with plastic bristles are available to
use for cleaning.

Never immerse the entire device in solvent. This could destroy the seals and rinse off the
lubricant.
