Installation
Lightly grease the threads of the parts that need to be installed for the first time with special
grease from Krautzberger.
1.
Tighten fluid nozzle.
2.
Prior to installing a new fluid needle, slide the spring and screw onto the threaded side of
the needle.
3.
Screw on needle actuator and nut.

Upon reaching the setting dimension (needle tip to needle nuts ( Fig. 18)), re-tighten the
needle nut.
5.
Install parts in the housing and tighten the screw.
6.
Tighten the fluid nozzle, insert the air nozzle and tighten the nut.
