Pull-up resistor

When enabled, an open circuit is detected as high and a short circuit is detected as
low.
For example, enable the pull-up resistor when connecting to a push button switch (one
terminal of the switch to ground, and the other to the input) or when connecting to an
alarm sensor where a closed circuit triggers a series of actions.
When the pull-up is enabled, the port state is high and to be triggered it must be pulled
low by the externally connected sensor.

When disabled, the port state is low and to be triggered it must be pulled high by the
externally connected sensor.
Use this setup, for example, for a high temperature alarm that exceeds the maximum
voltage threshold.
You need to set the threshold voltage at which the port changes state.
6. Set the minimum and maximum threshold voltages.
7. Once connected, click
Read
to view the current state (High or Low) and voltage of the
port.
8. Click
Save Changes
.
The Digital IN GPIO port is configured.
The default parameter settings change depending on which trigger type is selected.
