1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 About this manual
This manual contains the information necessary for installing and maintaining the Kongsberg
AIS 200 Automatic Identification System.
In this manual, references to buttons on the control unit are written in boldface, and in a
different text style (e.g.
VIEW button, SHIFT button, ENTER button).
