Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
THINGS TO CHECK
SOLUTION
Drip tray is clogged.
Remove the tray and clean it.
Press pads are obstructed.
Clear out any food that is in the sealing
area and reposition the bag.
Bag has not been placed flatly and
smoothly over the sealing area.
Reposition the bag so that there are no
creases or folds in the sealing area.
Zipper is not closed completely.
Close the zipper securely. Run your fingers
through the zipper top.
The vacuum sealer
is not working.
Noise is present.
Parts are missing or incorrectly
installed.
Assemble the parts as illustrated on
page 21.
LED is on and green.
Plug in the AC adaptor.
Bag sensor is engaged.
Reposition the bag using the same hole, so
that the bag sensor is covered.
The vacuum sealer
is not working.
Noise is not
present.
Lid is closed and locked.
Put your finger on the dots on the sealer
and push until you hear a “click”.
Bag is leaking.
Zipper is not closed completely.
Close the zipper completely. Run your
fingers through the zipper top.
