3.10 Report or List types
The following paper sizes are supported to print out a report.
8-1/2 x 5-1/2, 8-1/2 x 11, 8-1/2 x 14, 11 x 17, A5 v , B5 v , A4 w / v , B4 w , A3 w
However, when using size 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, A5 v , or B5 v , a report may be printed in multiple sheets.
TX result report:
This report allows you to print out and check a session number, function name, document number, destina-
tion, transmission date, transmission starting time, number of original pages, duration, mode, communication
result, and other items.
RX result report:
This report allows you to print out and check a session number, function name, document number, destina-
tion, receiving date, receiving start time, number of received original pages, duration, mode, communication
result, and other items.
Activity report:
This report allows you to print out and check a document number, session number, session date, sending-
receiving start time, sending-receiving destination, number of sent or received original pages, communication
time, mode, communication result, and other items.
By default, this report is automatically printed out every 60 sessions.
Memory data list:
This function allows you to print out and check a document number, names of queued functions, time, num-
ber of original pages, destination, and other items for each of the documents queued for sending in the mem-
ory.
