Canceling a transmission

3.8.1

Canceling a transmission

A transmission job can be canceled during processing.

Press the 

Clear/Stop

 key during transmission.

Use the

 key to select [YES], then press the 

OK

 key.

A transmission result report is printed out.

3.8.2

Canceling (deleting) a transmission reservation

When stopping a transmission job because the scanned document is queued for sending or redialing, delete 
the job, and cancel the transmission.

OK

 key.

This displays the details (specified transmission time, transmission setting type, and destination num-
ber) of transmission jobs queued in the memory.

If polling TX jobs are queued, the ID entry screen appears. If no transmission jobs are queued in the 
memory, [*NONE*] appears.

 key to select a transmission job to be canceled, then press the

The selected transmission jobs are canceled (deleted).
