5. Remove the TUBE using the following procedure.
a. Hold the probe with a wrench at position A as shown in Figure 6-7 .
b. Remove the TU BE by rotating it in the direction of arrow B as shown in
Figure 6-7 .
c. Slide the TUBE in the direction of arrow C as shown in Figure 6-7 .

6. Slide the O RING in direction A as shown in Figure 6-8 .

7. Remove leads No. 1 through 5 as shown in Figure 6-8 , from the PC
Board/Heatsink assembly.
