If you have already characterized the device and have a .s2p
file, for “Deembedding Data”, select “File”, and enter or select
the file.
• For accurate measurements, you can also include the
optical path in the test circuit without the DUT, and select
“Measure” (or “Load”) for User Calibration.
8 If you have electrical components, such as RF cables,
waveguide or other adapters, or probe heads, between the
device under test, and the input port, open and enable the RF
Path Deembedding.
Enter or select the file.
9 Decide what sort of User Calibration you need.
