1.
From an external source, fill the cleaning tank (50/1) to the upper
mark with drinking water.
2.
Add cleaning chemicals to the cleaning tank according to Table 1,
page 49.
3.
Turn valve levers V12 (50/9) and V10 (50/7) into the horizontal
position (open).
4.
Turn "Program" selector switch (49/12) to "Maintenance".
5.
Turn "Maintenance function" selector switch (49/10) to "Clean".
6.
Press luminous "Start" button (49/11).

a high-pressure pump starts

operating panel (49/7) indicates "Maintenance - Cleaning" and
then the cleaning time.
NOTE
The actual value indicated on the display corre-
sponds with the time the process has been running.
7.
After the required time has elapsed, the high-pressure pump
switches off.
NOTE
The procedure can be interrupted by pressing the
"Stop" button (49/8).
8.
Turn the valve levers V12 (50/9) and V10 (50/7) into the vertical
position (close).
9.
Turn valve lever V15 (50/10) to the horizontal position (open).

The cleaning tank is emptied at the connection (50/11)
WARNING
Dispose of the chemical solution according to the
national regulations.
10. Open the cleaning tank and wash it out with drinking water to
remove any remaining chemical solution.
3.5.3
Preserving
WARNING
Before each preservation procedure check whether
cleaning is necessary.
1.
Perform the "Washing out" work step according to Section 3.5.1.
NOTE
Stop the "Washing out" procedure when the level
in the cleaning tank has reached 40 l.
2.
Add preservation chemicals to the cleaning tank according to
Table 1, page 49.
3.
Turn valve levers V12 (50/9) and V10 (50/7) into the horizontal
position (open).
4.
Turn "Program" selector switch (49/12) to "Maintenance".
5.
Turn "Maintenance function" selector switch (49/10) to "Preserva-
tion".
6.
Press luminous "Start" button (49/11).
