BATTERY EMERGENCY SWITCH OFF
Attention!
In the event of emergency situation in a vehicle
(short circuit, fire) disconnect the storage batteries ur-
gently with the help of switch button arranged on side
of batteries box
(see Fig.
Emergency battery switch off
).
In all other situations, the urged disconnection
is
prohibited!
BRAKE LININGS WEAR-OUT
In disk brake gears, the degree of wear-out should
be checked daily, visually, but at least, once in 3 months.
Be sure to change brake linings if thickness at
least in one section is less 2 mm.
With worn brake linings, the pilot lamp lightens
on instrument panel
.
Address the service center to change brake lin-
ings.
BATTERY EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH
FOR VEHICLES CARRYING DANGEROUS GOODS
The vehicle for carrying dangerous goods is
equipped with an emergency stop switch
installed on its
instrument panel
(see Fig.

)
which intention is to switch the battery off in the event of
emergency situation.
For emergency shutdown of the
battery, tilt the
switch cover, pull up the switch (the switch may not be
kept extended for more than two seconds). Then imme-
diately close the switch cover as far as it will go.
Attention!
Use the emergency
stop switch
only in case of
danger and when the vehicle is stationary. Do not use
the
emergency stop switch
while driving.
When the emergency stop switch is ON, energy
supply to all power consumers is interrupted automati-
cally, the engine is automatically switched off, the power
steering does not work. There is a danger that an acci-
dent may occur.
