Step 4 – Bounce mat
NOTE!
Observe care when fastening the springs in the bounce mat. Two persons are needed for this
stage of the assembly.
WARNING!
When fastening the springs the frame is stretched taut and there is a risk of crushing your
fingers in the contact points

Bounce mat
1.
Lay out the bounce mat
inside the frame.
2.
There are a total of 60 springs, rings and holes on the upper frame. They are not numbered, so
follow the assembly instructions very carefully.
3.
Choose a hole on the upper frame (this is hole 0, or at 12 o' clock).
4.
Fix the spring (7) in the frame in the direction and at the angle shown, see fig. 5. When you have
fixed the spring hook in the frame, turn the spring so that it points towards the bounce mat
.
Use the
spring tool to fix the spring in the bounce mat, by pulling them together and fastening the other
spring hook in the ring on the bounce mat.
NOTE!
Remember where you started (12 o' clock), because you must use the same point when you
fasten the frame pad.
Springs
1.
Wear protective gloves.
2.
Use the supplied spring tool.
3.
Make sure that the spring hook comes in line with the
steel frame.
4.
Use the spring tool and pull the spring hook towards the
frame.
5.
Put the hook in the frame so that it fastens completely;
carefully tap it down if has not completely fastened in the
hole
.
6.
Fasten four springs evenly divided around the mat (3, 6
and 9 o' clock). Be very careful when counting the holes.
The table below shows in which holes the four first
springs should be fastened.
