The bearing is lubricated with the gear oil. And then it is inserted into the output shaft assembly.
The fastening screw is screwed down with the 40Nm of
force moment.
Adjustment of Power Output Assembly
1mm thickness of adjusting shim is put in the relative position in the clutch housing.

The bearing outer ring of power assembly is fully pressed in with the special tool.
The output power assembly is put in. And the height A1 from the front end face of the assembly
bearing outer ring to the contact surface of clutch housing is measured. The bearing hole depth A2 of
output power
assembly on the transmission case is also measured.
To Calculate the Installed Adjusting Shim Thickness:
Here, the bearing clearance is pre-adjusted to proper one in advance with the thickness 0.4mm of
adjusting shim. So, the installed adjusting shim thickness S2 is
0.4mm+(A2-A1)
The thickness S2 of shim set is composed of the least adjusting shims. The shims are put in the
power output assembly bearing hole of the transmission housing.
The bearing outer ring of power output assembly is pressed in the transmission case with the special tool.
