When the oil level is inspected on the removed transmission, the transmission should be laid on the
horizontal position. The drain plug is screwed off. The oil level should be even with the drain plug hole.

If the oil level or change the seal ring is necessary to be inspected, the drain plug is loosed carefully. And
the plug is screwed off in a very short time, and then it is screwed on immediately.
Adjusting Table
In the maintenance of transmission, after the any part in the following table is changed, the installation
size of output shaft or differential assembly should be reconsidered.

Maintenance of Rear Housing
The rear case can be not removed from the car for maintained.
Process of Dismantlement
The car is put on the platform.
The support of engine on the transmission is removed.
The car is lifted.
The oil is drained off in the transmission.
The tightening bolts of rear case are screwed off. The rear housing is removed.
Process of Installation
The installation process is the reversal process of its dismantlement.
In the maintenance of the release shaft assemble, the release shaft oil seal and release bearing, if these parts
need to be changed, the transmission assembly may be not removed form the car.
Process of Dismantlement
The car is put on the platform.
The clutch wire-operating assembly is removed.
The car is lifted.
The oil in the transmission is drained off.
