The rear cover is removed with the special tool. It is noticed that the contact surface is not damaged. The
locking clamper of release finger is removed. The release shaft assembly of clutch is drawn out.
The release finger and the release spring are taken out.
The release shaft oil seal assembly is dismantled with the special tool. It is noticed that the contact surface
is not damaged.
Process of Installation
The installation process is reversal process of the dismantlement. The following points are noticed:
The oil seal surface is coated with the lubricating grease. The oil seal is pressed in with the special tool.

The clutch release finger is installed to the position that is shown in the figure. And then the release shaft,
the spring and the clamper are installed. When the spring in installed, its position is show in the figure.
The new rear cover is pressed to the position with the special tool.
If it is installed in the entire car, the following steps are also carried out:
The transmission is filled the lubricating oil for 2.0L.
The entire car is lowed from the platform, it is connected the clutch wire-operating.
Maintenance of Shift Shaft Oil Seal:
When the shift shaft oil seal is dismantled and installed, the
transmission assembly may be not broken
down..
Dismantlement:
The shift shaft oil seal is removed with the grafter or the special tool.

Installation:
The oil seal lip is coated with the lubricating grease. The oil seal is fully pressed to the transmission case
with the special tool.
