1.13 Troubleshooting

• Main electronic controller alarms
PROBLEM CAUSE AND/OR CURE
The in feed screw load
authomatically pellet even by wood
or in OFF working conditions • In feed screw relay blocked. Cut off electricity and substitute it on the mother boeard or replace the
mother board complete.
PROBLEM CAUSE AND/OR CURE
No pellets
• Thefireplace hopper (or supplementary hopper) is empty. Add pellets.
Boiler overheating
• The air temperature is too high. The pellets burner go out. Check and clean.
Fume probe
• Fume temperature probe faulty or not properly connected. Check the connection or replace the probe.
Boiler probe • Air temperature probe in fireplace faulty or not properly connected. Check the connection or replace the
probe.
Room probe
• Room temperature probe faulty or not properly connected. Check the connection or replace the probe.
Ignition attempt failed • Empty the burn pot, check the gear motor and the electrical element. Try lighting again.
Fire fan
• In case of allarm “Smoking Fan” on the display and the LED is on

First of all be sure the chimney respects the law and the technical manuals characteristics; it has to be
free and clean, thant oper the damper control and theat pipe

Call the technical assistance centre.
• Blown fuse. Check and replace.
• Safety thermostat activated. Empty the ash pan and clean the surface under it. Wait until the stove has
cooled then try again. Check the chimnay pull, the air inlet and reduce the fan velocity by wood. wait for
cooling and try again.
• Combustion fan faulty. Contact the Technical Assistance Service.
