Stay on the line until you hear the dial tone. 

Paging 

All Call 

Allows you to make an announcement either through the speakers in the 
Digital Telephones or an External Paging System. 

 

Lift the receiver. 

 

Wait for the dial tone. 

 

Dial the All Call code (assigned by the system installer). 

 

Wait for the Page tone. 

 

Make an announcement. 

 

Hang up. 

Group Call (Internal) 

Allows you to page through the speaker in a group of phones. 

 

Lift the receiver.
