ATTENDANT POSITION USER GUIDE - 176 

Disconnecting or Releasing a Call 

 

 

Hang up, or, press the Release key 

RLS

 

When transferring an outside call to an extension, pressing the Release key 

RLS

 returns you to the outside caller. 

Making an Intercom Group Call 

 

 

Dial the Intercom Group access number

.

  

Making an E-Response Help Call 

 

 

Lift the receiver or press 

[SPKR]

 and remain off hook for a duration that 

exceeds the amount of time programmed in the system, or 

 

Lift the receiver and begin dialing. Between digits stop dialing for more 
than 10 seconds, or 

 

Dial the E-Response Group access number at Intercom dial tone. 

Receiving an Intercom Call 

Internal or intercom calls will flash the lamp on the Operator key 

OPER

 at the 

Attendant Position. 

To answer intercom calls with the receiver in the cradle: 

 

Lift the receiver 

To answer intercom calls with the receiver not in the cradle: 

 

Lift the receiver 

 

Press the red flashing Operator key
