IWATSU TELEPHONE USER GUIDE - 142 

To display messages at your extension: 

 

Press the Message key 

MSG

 

The display shows the extension number(s) which left you a message and the 
number of messages left.  If you have more than 1 message, press the Message 
key 

MSG

 again for the next message to be displayed. 

To cancel message waiting: 

If you want to cancel a message you left at an extension: 

 

Press the Speaker key 

SPKR

 

 

Wait for the dial tone 

 

Press the Message key 

MSG

 then dial 

 

 

Dial the extension number of the message you wish to cancel 

 

Wait for a confirmation tone 

 

Press the Speaker key

If you want to cancel all messages left at your extension:
