. Fabrics
Synthetic leather
interco uses easy-care designer synthetic leather for
Dynaline restraints With its outstanding quality char-
acteristics, this synthetic leather is stylish and ideal for
all upholstery applications and coverings Especially
excellent features include long-term durability, a com-
fortable seating experience, resilience to wear, good
hold, and tear resistance In addition, the synthetic
leather is very elastic, resistant to urine, blood and
disinfectants, free of azo compounds, CFC, formalde-
hyde, as well as free of PCTs, PCPs and PCBs
Spacer fabric
The spacer fabrics used by interco have two outer textile
layers, which are connected by a number of threads and
spaced at a specific distance; due to their special struc-
ture, they are also called
3
D textiles The thermoregulat-
ing pile layer wicks moisture away and shields against
cold
3
D fabrics yield to pressure like a spring The mate-
rial features prolonged durability and pronounced elas-
ticity Due to the special
3
D structure, there is a continu-
ous insulating layer of air between the outer layers The
spacer fabrics feature high contracting force, breathabil-
ity, and compression elasticity They compensate well for
temperature fluctuations and the material is lightweight,
tear-resistant and easy to care for
Neoprene
The neoprene used by interco is a foam based on
chloroprene rubber (CR) Unique material properties
are achieved in the compound due to a specific struc-
tural mixture of various types of rubber as the base
substance and numerous other components These
include, in particular, excellent insulation properties,
high dynamic load capacity, resistance to weather
and ozone, good protection against aging, resistance
to wear and tear, pronounced elasticity, and impact
resilience, good adhesion properties, resistance to
sea water and many chemicals, resistance to fungi
and bacteria, and low gas permeability Neoprene is
also environmentally friendly, very well tolerated by
the skin, and impermeable to water
Trevira CS (fabrics)
Trevira CS fabrics are easy to clean, dry quickly and
keep their shape Unlike other fabrics, they require
considerably less water for washing, less detergent,
and less energy Drying times are also short thanks
to low water absorption All in all, these are valuable
economic benefits Trevira CS is incomparably superior
to flame-retardant cotton fabrics and is easy to disin-
fect in hospital settings, for example Flame-retardant
Trevira CS fabrics meet all major international fire
safety standards
All materials used are flame-retardant
