WARRANTY
18. Warranty
In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, we
grant a two-year warranty for the AKTIVLINE
®
seat
shell system product supplied by us� Unusable or de-
fective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge
during the warranty period� The warranty shall exclude
design-related modifications�
We accept no liability in the case of damage incurred
as a result of combining our product with third-party
products of any kind, which may pose significant risk
in certain circumstances� Unless said products have
been expressly approved by our company�
The warranty also excludes any defects occurring
as the result of normal wear, excessive stress, vi-
olent and willful damage, and inappropriate use�
Warranty obligations shall cease to apply if original
interco replacement parts are not used for repairs
and if repairs and modifications are not performed
by interco� It is not permissible for any parties other
than the manufacturer to make additions or modifica-
tions to your AKTIVLINE
®
seat system and any cases
that should become known can be subject to legal
action� Likewise, the warranty obligations of interco
GmbH shall cease to apply in such cases and any li-
ability claims directed at the manufacturer shall no
longer be valid�
The continuous use of your AKTIVLINE
®
seat system
may result in loose screws, nuts, and spokes� Re-
tighten these at periodic intervals or arrange to have
this done by your local dealer or by us�
Note!
The manufacturer cannot grant war-
ranty if the AKTIVLINE
®
seat system
has not been checked regularly (at least once per
year) as part of service�
The manufacturer cannot grant warranty if third party
components (not manufactured by interco) are used
without authorization by the manufacturer�
Extended warranty
Upon submission in this form we will extend the warranty on your AKTIVLINE
®
to cover a total of 2 years�
