Description
Gun disconnected
There is no gun connected to the machine.
Dinse disconnected
The gun’s positive dinse is not connected to the power source (no.

- Fig. 2).
Inverted dinse
(only in SYNERGY mode). The dinse’s polarity is the opposite of that required by the sy
-
nergy.
Ready
After the resting cycle is complete, the product is available for welding.
Movement only
The machine has detected that the trigger was pulled without a consumable being in
contact with the support plate. The gun then carries out a mechanical movement on its
own, the power source is not switched on.
Contact
The welding machine has detected that a consumable is in contact with the support sheet.
If welding is done under gas shielding, the gas solenoid valve will open for Pre-Gas.
Welding
Current welding cycle.
Welding finished
Welding cycle finished.
Pre-Gas
Displayed when the trigger is pulled before the Pre-Gas time has finished (see section
8
.4.4). For the welding to take place, it is necessary to remain in position (with the consu-
mable still in contact with the support sheet) and to wait for the end of the Pre-Gas phase.
Contact lost
Displayed when contact between the consumable and the support sheet has been lost
before the Pre-Gas time has finished.
Arc breakage
An arc break occurred during the welding cycle.
Check the weld is necessary.
Gun lift
Displayed at the end of the welding cycle if the gun is still in contact with the consumable.
8.4. MAIN MENU
To access the main menu from both SYNERGY and MANUAL mode, press the
button.

Press the G+ and G- keys to move the cursor. Select the item by pressing the
button.
• ‘Settings’ will access the welding settings (synergic or manual)
• MANUAL mode / SYNERGY mode will change the device’s welding mode
• The «Programs» menu accesses the user’s saved or recalled welding configurations
• «Configuration» provides access to the appliance’s advanced settings (languages, gas management and data,
etc.)

to return to the welding screen.
