Translation of the original
instructions
The SYNERGY mode main screen will display:
1.) The consumable’s material: AlMg, Fe, etc.
2.) The type of weld pool protection: a ferrule, without gas shielding or using the recommended gas type
3.) The part to be welded’s icon
4.) The thickness of the sheet metal to which the part will be welded
5.) «Prog» followed by a number will be displayed when a welding configuration has been saved (see section 8.4.3).
6.) A message area indicating the machine’s status (see section 8.3)

Comments
Pulling ring
Pressing the left + and - keys will scroll through all the pulling ring synergies
stored in the device. The material being welded (1) and the type of gas shiel-
ding (2) are automatically updated.
Rivet-extraction
rod
When a rivet-extraction synergy is selected, the sheet’s thickness display
reading (4) will be automatically adjusted to correspond to the diameter (in
millimetres) of the rivet head to be extracted.
Internally
threaded stud
Synergies associated with US-type, short-term, internally threaded studs.
The Mx value corresponds to the stud’s internal thread.
