Description:
This command is used to read the response delay time.

Two hexadecimal digits to represent the response time
value in milliseconds. The value must be less than or
equal to 1E. For example, 01 denotes 1 millisecond and
1A denotes 26 milliseconds.
AA
The address of the responding module (00 to FF)
There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect, there
is a communication error, or there is no module with the specified
address.
