Description:
This command is used to enable/disable a module’s Host Watchdog
and set the timeout value of the Host Watchdog.
Syntax:

The address of the module to be set (00 to FF)

0: Disables the Host Watchdog
1: Enables the Host Watchdog

Two hexadecimal digits to represent the timeout value
in tenths of a second, for example, 01 denotes 0.1
seconds and FF denotes 25.5 seconds.
