Scanning position
Check the movement of the CIS Unit assembly (Front) (Front image sensor).
Note: Perform this check only if the user reports the abnormality of scanned images.
If scanning has no problem, you do not have to check this item.
(1) Specify the parameters and click [Run].
The CIS Unit assembly (Front) moves in the specified mode. If you want to stop the mechanical operation,
click [Finish].

White (Default)
The CIS_Unit_assembly (FRONT) (Front
image sensor) moves towards the front (Input
Tray side) of the device and stops.
See the figure (a) in the description.
Black
The CIS Unit assemnly (Front) (Front image
sensor) moves towards the back of the device
and stops.
See the figure (b) in the description.
Alternation of black and
white
Those two positions are switched about every
1.0 seconds.
Stopped by clicking [Pause].
(2) The following dialog box is displayed during operation.
If you want to stop the operation, click [Pause].
