Subsequent KVMs unresponsive
Ensure the KVM switch that was added is in default settings mode.
RSA and Service Processor
If there are any RSA errors, check to ensure the RSA is in PCI slot 2.
RSA unable to load firmware
This condition is indicated by error FFFF, 0007. Power cycle the RSA adaptor to
clear this condition. The RSA may need to be replaced if this condition persists.
RSA/Service Processor invalid naming
There cannot be any spaces when assigning names of the RSA and Service
Processor. If a name is not recognized, verify that there are no trailing blanks after
the name.
Light path points to PCI LED
If Light Path diagnostics points to PCI LED, reseat the PCI boards.
Myrinet
Myrinet communication fails
If communication fails over Myrinet then check the following:

If the Myricom adapter card green LED light is not on, check the cable connector
for correct polarity (transmit/receive).
v
Check to see that the GM module is installed by running the lsmod command .
v
Check to see if the Myricom adapter is up and running by using the ifconfig
command.
