The information provided in each column of the component placement table is described in
All of the coordinates are referenced to the 0,0 datum point which is at the center of the mounting hole in the
bottom left corner of the board as viewed from the top side. The coordinate values in the table and the labels
on the board are given in thousandths of inches. For example, an X-coordinate value of 7995 indicates that
the component has an X-coordinate that is 7.995 inches from the 0,0 datum. Note that it is possible for
components to have negative coordinate values.
