Shipping Instructions
In the event your BAX® System X5 instrument requires service, contact Hygiena or your local distributor to obtain a
return authorization number and instructions for returning the unit:

Thoroughly clean the unit of any biohazardous substances.
•
To avoid damage to the instrument, use ONLY the BAX® System X5 flight case for shipping the instrument.
•
Ship the unit to the address on the return form. Purchasing insurance from your shipper is strongly
recommended.
