Switch on the test bench and select "Empty system" in the
user interface.
Have a collection container (≈ 20 liters) ready to collect the
test liquid.
1. Dismount the right side paneling.
To do this, open the two fasteners by turning them 90° coun-
terclockwise using the four-sided hollow socket key supplied.
Tilt the side paneling away from the system and remove it
upwards out of the lower guide.
2. Remove the equipotential bonding.
3. Have a collection container ready, insert the hose in the col-
lection container and turn the drain ball valve to the left by
90°.
CAUTION! Hold the hose while draining until the ball
valve is closed tightly by hand.
4. Start the "Empty system" process in the user interface.
To control the process, see ConTeS.
5. This process leaves a small amount of test liquid in the rinse
& return line filters and in the lines. Max. capacity is approx.
20 liters.

6. Put the drain ball valve into the

the hose and place it back in the extraction unit.
NOTICE! Owing to the design of the unit, the level sensor
in the container does not capture the container bottom.
As a result, a container content of 1 liter is shown in the
user interface.
7. Connect the equipotential bonding (yellow/green cable) of
the side panel to the housing.
8. Install the right side paneling.
Insert the side paneling into the lower guide with both pins
and then press them against the extraction unit. Close the
two locks by turning them 90° in the clockwise direction us-
ing the four-sided hollow socket key.
