ENGINE COOLANT CHECK 

 

1. 

Open the access hatch (A). 

 

 WARNING! 

Danger of burns! 

 

The  expansion  tank,  the  radiator  and  the  liquid  contained  in 
them  may  reach  high  temperatures  and  they  may  be  under 
pressure. 

 

 

 

2. 

Check the coolant level on the level plug (B). 

3. 

Fill  as  necessary  (C,  D).  The  coolant  must  be  prepared  by 
mixing  water  (50%)  and  anti-freeze,  anti-corrosion  liquid 
(50%). 

 

Note : The minimum level of coolant is indicated on the terminal by 
the electronic control system (1TTCV). This anomaly causes engine 
shutdown.
